AgeStrong

Group Coaching Program

Strength. Capacity. Longevity.

A group coaching program for active adults 45+ who want to keep doing what they love—without breaking down, burning out, or guessing their way through training.

what this is about

As we get older, training has to get smarter.

AgeStrong is built for people who still care about performance—but care more about longevity, recovery, and staying capable for the long run.

This isn’t about extremes, hacks, or grinding harder. It’s about intelligent structure, consistency, and training that supports the life you actually want to live.

Testimonials

CW

Even though I still want to get stronger and build overall fitness levels, I’ve noticed that when I’m hiking or running under moderate load, my body just works well. I’ve been able to add speed and distance without injury, which is unusual for me.

JW

The program kept me far more consistent than I would have been on my own. The strength work is really paying off in my running—I feel lighter on hills, recover better, and don’t have the niggly pains I used to. I also love knowing I’m actively maintaining and building muscle as I age.

DK

The workouts were simple, minimal equipment, and still challenging. I felt noticeably stronger in my running—my easy pace improved dramatically and my legs no longer felt fatigued afterward. The biggest change was how much better I felt after runs.

KJ

I’m loving the program so far. It’s exactly what I needed.
